The NFJ campaign, supported and organised by a few E-Block members and other TeBe Fans, wasnt just about the football though was it? It was about the possible reaction to German World Cup success and the negative aspects this has. In this sense they have been 100% on the ball- On Friday a builder decided to give us the Hitler Gruss after the match, one guy called us "Feinde Deutschlands" and of course "Sozialschmarotzer" among other insults. Fights broke out at S Schönhauser Allee according to some reports and mobs of Germany fans roam around the area shouting and abusing anyone who looks slightly alternative. Very nice indeed.
But just as the mainstream media doesnt want to talk about any of this, just how great Klinsi is and how this is "the best WM ever" it really sucks to open up LK and see TeBe fans falling down the same road of the proud and happy Germans and poking fun at the NFJ and their campaign. Speak no evil, see no evil, hear no evil. German ist wieder da!
And to answer this (if this is really a serious statement):

Considering the team played so crap before the tournament it really was the correct thing to do to criticise the team. The German team got a lot of stick here too and I dont remember any TeBe fan telling me that they expected to play this well (apart from the odd silly Turniermannschaft excuse -as if Germans are somehow racially created to play well in WMs!!!). Kritik was very fair and necessary from the "BBB" before the tournament, as is their praise of Klinsi now - even if the style of Kritik was sometimes out of order and below the belt. Perhaps a little bit of Kritik would be good here before everyone starts dissing the NFJ just because the BZ is praising the team and Germany are playing well. A lot of their fears have become real.
But just as the mainstream media doesnt want to talk about any of this, just how great Klinsi is and how this is "the best WM ever" it really sucks to open up LK and see TeBe fans falling down the same road of the proud and happy Germans and poking fun at the NFJ and their campaign. Speak no evil, see no evil, hear no evil. German ist wieder da!

Kritik was very fair and necessary from the "BBB" before the tournament, as is their praise of Klinsi now - even if the style of Kritik was sometimes out of order and below the belt. Perhaps a little bit of Kritik would be good here before everyone starts dissing the NFJ just because the BZ is praising the team and Germany are playing well. A lot of their fears have become real.
Das Problem ist imho nicht das irgendwer die WM oder was auch immer kritisiert sondern eher die Art und Weise wie das passiert.
Die Häme hier ging aber auch gar nicht um die Aktion selbst (da kann ja jeder denken und tun worauf er Lust hat) sondern mehr darum wie sich einige vor der WM hier daran aufgegeilt haben weil sie beim Blick in die Glaskugel die dt. Mannschaft haben abkacken sehen und dafür England bereits zum Weltmeister gekürt haben.
Das ich dann als jemand der dem dt. Team die Daumen hält auch mal ein paar hämische Kommentare zurückwerfe ist ja wohl noch im Bereich des erlaubten.
Im übrigen kann man sich durchaus an Fussball und dem Ereignis erfreuen ohne automatisch zur "nichts sehen, nichts hören" Fraktion zu gehören.
Zum Glück muss man ja nicht immer einer Meinung sein.

Da gibt es aber einige Leuten denen ich vor dem Turnier gesagt habe das die dt. Mannschaft zumindest ins Halbfinale kommen wird.
